How to Order with a creditcard?
After going through our checkout process, payment will be done using a creditcard (VISA/MASTERCARD) or by paypal on the paypal payment page.  Once payment has been done, you will be forwarded to a success page where the download links will be available and/or order will be processed and products sent to you within 3 working days.  

For overseas order, please email to sgflashcards@live.com the location that you are staying in, the products that you are interested to buy and the quantity so that we can work out the shipment fees for you. 

How to Order without a creditcard? (Applicable to Singapore order only)
All payment shall be made via POSB/DBS or other bank transfer and the DVD/CD will be sent through normal post to your residence (FREE OF CHARGE!) If you wish to track your parcel via registered mail for assured delivery, please add S$5.  We will not be responsible for any lost or damage orders by normal post. Therefore, registered mail is highly recommended.

For download packages the download links will be forwarded to you immediately upon payment.

For personal delivery of CD/DVD, we charge a delivery fee of $10 (for delivery during Weekdays 8am-6pm) and $20 (for delivery during other time slots).

For hardcopy package only personal delivery will be made and the delivery fee is free.  Cash on delivery payment is available also upon request.
